Your reputation is your currency

All your social marketing efforts can be flushed down the drain faster than you can say, “Where’d my clients go?” by a few well-placed negative comments. Especially if you’re in an industry that has clients very active on the internet. Not managing your reputation can sometimes cost you dollars, literally. Are you doing anything to manage yours?

Reputation management is a growing niche of social marketing for VAs, that is a very valuable resource for online businesses.

  • Regularly monitor what is being said about you online in order to catch negative comments quickly
  • Do your part to regularly add valuable, positive content about your business to stay at the top of these sites (and push any negative comments down!)

Having a strong plan that incorporates these two objectives should be able to head off any reputation disasters, or nip them in the bud when they start. Can you afford to rebuild your reputation at the cost of your business? Most can’t. If you’re interested in more information about reputation management services, shoot me an email. I’d love to speak with you!
