In case you’re not familiar with it, RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, which allows publishers of content to get their stuff out to anybody who wants it. A Feed Reader grabs any information you subscribe to and brings it to you in one place, making it easy to find good stuff and share it!
So having an RSS Feed Reader set up that is always pulling new blog content from other industry experts makes it really easy to always have content to share, as well as content to build upon for your own blog posts, to keep yourself up to date on industry changes, and generate ideas for articles. There are many different Feed Readers out there, but I recommend either Google Reader (since you already have a Google account for your Analytics) or Netvibes, because it’s a little more sleek than Google Reader. Here is a simple video on how to set up a new Google Reader account, and start pulling in RSS Feeds.
